ppJob Req Number: /ppTime Type: Tempo pieno /ppWe are looking for a hands-on and proactive team member to support our Road Operations team in planning and coordinating transport activities, ensuring efficiency and strong operational performance /ppYour role will be to ensure efficient planning and coordination of part- and full load activities, contributing to the smooth execution of daily transport operations. You will monitor transport processes closely and proactively address operational issues to maintain high service quality and reliability. /ppYou’ll be expected to plan and customer transports, making effective use of load consolidations, routing and capacity calculations. In addition, you will monitor shipments, ensuring transparency and quick resolution of any issues. /ppAt the same time, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimize costs, and improve overall service quality. /ph3We expect you to: /h3ulliHave at least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding /liliHave a strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality /liliBe customer-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform well under pressure /liliBe a team player with strong communication skills /liliHave a very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage /li /ulpWe have an informal way of communicating and a dynamic and flexible working environment.
