Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe successful candidate will join the Material Flow Management Team, operating in a dynamic and international environment focused on the optimization of logistics processes within a state-of-the-art automotive spare parts warehouse. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of warehouse operations. /p pThe candidate will play a key role in defining spare parts allocation strategies, developing advanced KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency, productivity, and storage capacity. /p h3Scope /h3 pThe resource will interface with different warehouse areas and functions, as well as with company departments involved in warehouse and logistics operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine the most effective spare parts allocation strategies by identifying optimal storage locations based on product movement volumes and physical characteristics. /li liAnalyze logistics processes and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and warehouse capacity. /li liDevelop, monitor,
and analyze KPIs and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making. /li liCollaborate with warehouses, business functions, and international stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of activities. /li liContribute to digital transformation and innovation projects by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices. /li liSupport project planning and monitoring activities, including timelines and cost management. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liStrong results orientation and resilience. /li liExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills. /li liCuriosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn. /li liStrong analytical and critical-thinking mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in a team and international environment. /li liFlexibility and effective communication skills. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Engineering. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. /li liStrong proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI. /li liData analysis and KPI development skills. /li liFluent English (C1 level or above) and Italian. /li liKnowledge of French is considered a plus. /li liGood understanding of technical discussions and business requirements. /li liBasic Project Management skills, including Gantt planning and cost monitoring. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
