functional requirements and in the development of technical offers /li liDevelop detailed mechanical designs and parametric 3D models, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards /li liPrepare and manage 2D technical drawings according to industrial standards /li liInterface with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to validate technical feasibility and alignment with design specifications /li liContribute to the definition of Material Process requirements in collaboration with internal teams /li liPerform CAD and engineering activities to evaluate part printability according to LFAM criteria and prepare designs for production /li liInterface with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution and readiness for manufacturing /liliDraft and maintain complete technical documentation and design records to ensure traceability and industrial readiness /li liManage project activities end-to-end, including coordination with Purchasing, Logistics and Administrative functions /li /ul h3Ideal Background: /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field /li li2-4 years of experience in Mechanical Design or Design Engineering within a manufacturing environment /li liSolid understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles /li liExcellent knowledge of CAD tools for solid and parametric modeling /li liGood knowledge of polymer and plastic materials /li liProficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian /li liStrong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and solid problem-solving abilities /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liCAPM certification /li liExperience with thermo-mechanical simulations /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liSalary range: €35.000–€40.000, depending on experience /li liFlexible working hours and smartworking /li liOpportunity for career advancement /li liFriendly, international and innovative work environment /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ul pCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
