Position Rationale The IA Intern will support the Internal Audit (IA) team in performing assurance and consulting activities related to the assessment and application of the Group's Internal Control and Risk Management System.
Key Activities key activities include participating in management interviews, reviewing relevant documentation, and performing control testing.
Proactively collaborates with the IA team in conducting audits aimed at assessing the effectiveness of corporate governance and control measures designed to prevent criminal offenses in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. ******** (applicable only to Campari Group's Italian companies).
Evaluates business processes and assesses their compliance with Group policies and operating procedures.
Provides proactive support to the IA team in the execution of special projects and the implementation of risk assessment initiatives.
Actively contributes to the application of data analytics and process mining techniques in audit and risk assessment activities.
Key Relationships Internal : Internal Audit team members, management teams of audited subsidiaries and Group Functions.
External : Consultants involved in audit or project activities and external auditors.




Required Experience Previous professional experience in an audit firm, consulting firm or multinational industrial company is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work on challenging projects, consistently delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education / Professional Qualifications Master's degree in Business Management or Economics.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
Professional certification/relevant professional education is considered a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with SAP and Celonis (process mining tool) is considered a plus.
