We are looking for an experienced, analytical and hands-on professional to lead the strategic development and expansion of our retail network in Italy while driving business growth and strengthening our retail partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy, you will play a key role in shaping Polestar's future presence in one of our most important European markets.

Proven experience managing complex projects involving network expansion, site selection, facility development and/or implementation of retail standards.
Experience building and managing relationships with retailers, investors, dealer networks and external business partners.
Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
Good understanding of automotive retail models and related commercial, contractual and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to think strategically while driving practical execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills,



with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, retailer principals and investors.
Strong understanding of premium customer expectations and the drivers of customer satisfaction.
Highly organized, proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
