ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pbIT End User Computing Engineer /b /p pWe are seeking an experienced bIT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer /b with b3–6 years of experience /b to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global IT Operations team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTroubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. /li liSupport bWindows 11 and macOS /b, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices. /li liConfigure and deploy devices using bMicrosoft Intune and JAMF /b. /li liSupport bMicrosoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender /b and other business applications. /li liProvide support for biOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones /b. /li liSupport meeting rooms and AV technologies including bCrestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard /b. /li liManage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities. /li liSupport new‑joiner setups, employee moves,



equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs. /li liPerform meeting‑room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance. /li liHandle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users. /li /ul h3Key Skills Experience /h3 ul lib3+ years /b in IT/EUC or technical IT support. /li liStrong hands‑on troubleshooting across bWindows 11 and macOS /b. /li liExperience with bMicrosoft Intune, JAMF and Jira /b. /li liStrong knowledge of bMicrosoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN /b. /li liExperience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs. /li liExcellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills. /li liDegree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience. /li libMicrosoft certifications are a plus. /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
