We inspire and empower people to create significant solutions that secure what matters to our customers and communities, here and around the globe. /ppWe Value: /pulliThe Drive to Perform Beyond Perceived Limits. /liliThe Desire to Find Significance in All We Do. /liliThe Passion and Compassion That Powers Both /li /ulh3Responsibilities: /h3ulliMaintain accountability of all aircraft media and classified material assigned to the unit while on duty. /liliFormat and load aircraft media as requested. /liliAssemble media sign out logs for each aircraft go. /liliEnsure sign out procedures are complied with IAW squadron SOPs. /liliEnsure all pilots and WSOs comply with weapons read file signoffs prior to issuing media. /liliExecute Weapon Storage Vault (WSV) procedures IAW SOP. /liliDownload WSV onto computer systems as requested. /liliPass P5 puck data to the Top 3 for Range Training Officer (RTO) operations. /liliDownload weapons events and print employment sheets. /liliJoint Anti-Air Model (JAAM) shots as requested by flight leads. /liliDownload low-fly NOTAM’s and Royal flight information and update as required. /liliUpload low-fly flight plans into appropriate system to ensure de-confliction with otheraircraft low-flying in the same low fly areas. Pass low-fly booking number to flight lead inperson upon step or via Top 3 if required. Update changes to low-fly entry time asrequired based off aircraft delay. /liliEnsure security of the vault and materials within are up to date and logged appropriately. /liliEnsure the vault status is updated as required to reflect the personnel entering the vault.



/liliCoordinate with scheduling when most appropriate time is for uncleared personnel is toenter the vault. /liliMaintain visitor Entry Access List. /liliCoordinate with security forces to update alarm access letters and perform alarm testsmaintaining watch of vault during tests. /liliCoordinate with Department of Mission Planning (DOMP) to ensure enough media isavailable and in full working order to execute daily flying and debrief as required. /liliCoordinate with Advanced Programs (AP) and DOMP to ensure all vault systems areupdated as required. /liliEnsure incoming and outgoing personnel are trained appropriately on vault SOP’s andensure security clearance requirements are covered. /liliBrief personnel on security violations as required. /liliTrack all broken media and work with appropriate agencies to get broken media back tofull working order in a timely manner. /liliDevelop security plans as required for TDY’s and deployments coordinating withAdvanced Programs (AP), MX, and PROJOs to ensure security processes are in place fordeployment and TDY locations. /liliObtain required training to manage squadron security requirements. /liliEnsure personnel provide proper paperwork required for line badges, securityinvestigations, security re-investigations, SIPR tokens, and any other security requirementIAW with local procedures. /liliAssist the Weapons Officer and Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECO) with OFP tracking, read file management, and other tasks. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications: /h3ulliUS Citizen; active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
