The role collaborates with multiple functions to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, troubleshooting activities, and the implementation of manufacturing best practices, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe role is part of the Plant Manufacturing Team. /li liSupport one of the plant assembly departments in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets within Production Line. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products and the implementation of process changes in the manufacturing area. /li liSupport the implementation of quality systems within the workshop. /li liExplore new ideas and technologies to evaluate opportunities for improving processes, enhancing quality, and reducing costs. /li liBack UP role for Product Lifecycle Management activities, including the implementation of APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) methodologies, ensuring successful product launches and compliance with quality standards. /li liCollaborate with several plant departments, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Production. /li liSupport machine revamping and continuous improvement projects across the plant. /li liSupport diagnostic activities, troubleshooting,
and minor modifications of PLC programs across manufacturing equipment and automation systems. /li liCollaborate with external suppliers and technical partners to support complex troubleshooting activities, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 pUp to 10%, if required /p h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in one of the following fields: ul liAutomation Engineering /li liElectronics Engineering /li liMechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Automation /li /ul /li liBasic knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. /li liBasic knowledge of Siemens automation platforms, including SIMATIC S7 PLCs and the TIA Portal engineering environment. /li liBasic understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, actuators, drives, and industrial communication networks. /li liGood computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. /li liGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams. /li /ul pEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
