-- About The Job Manufacture de Souliers Louis Vuitton, based in Fiesso d'Artico (VE), is looking for a Logistics Manager .
The role will be key in implementing a global project to harmonize production plants with the aim of reducing Lead Time and migrating towards a common Core Model.
Job responsibilities Main activities: Coordination of logistics activities within the One Manuf project; Ensuring the level of service required by the business and agreed with customers (primarily production departments), in compliance with company principles, ethics, guidelines, and procedures; Ensuring the quality and accuracy of shipments, both of materials and finished products; Planning and correct supply of internal Workshops; Continuous optimization of flows, times, costs; all modulated to assist the business; Inventory management; Management of accompanying documentation for goods; Coordinating the flow of "reverse" logistics, from suppliers/manufacturers, managing disposals and decommissioning of materials.
Profile We are looking for candidates with the following requirements:



Degree, preferably in management or mechanical engineering; +10 years of experience in manufacturing/production contexts; Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing principles; Ability to analyze and optimize flows; Attentive and empathetic listening to business needs/requirements; Goal-oriented, proactive, problem-solving; Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Good computer skills, excellent knowledge of the Office suite and SAP; Knowledge of English, knowledge of French will be a preferential requirement; Availability to travel.
Additional information For this position, a maximum classification at the Quadro level of the CCNL Footwear Industry is foreseen.
The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the skills possessed by the candidate, and those required by the role.
