Profession (Job Category): Legal, Compliance Oversee the full investigation lifecycle, including intake assessment, investigation planning, data collection and review, interviews of whistleblowers, witnesses, affected persons and subjects, report writing, case closure and follow-up actions; Act as the Workplace investigation team point of contact for disciplinary committees at country, regional and group levels, ensuring clear presentation of findings, recommendations and lessons learned; Drive global execution and consistency across regions, including appropriate escalation, coordination with Integrity leadership and support for complex or cross-border investigations when required; Build investigation capability across the Legal Provide strategic support, guidance and coach to HR and business stakeholders on sensitive workplace matters, while preserving Workplace Investigations team independence and objectivity; Identify trends, control gaps and systemic issues arising from investigations and drive lessons learned, process improvements and reporting to support a stronger integrity culture; Support the continued development and maturity of the Integrity function, including governance, KPIs, case management standards, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your background 12+ years' experience in corporate, workplace, labor/employment or integrity investigations, including experience leading complex and sensitive matters across multiple jurisdictions; Preferred background in law, employment/labor relations, compliance,



audit or investigations; Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing investigation professionals in a complex, global and matrixed environment; Fluency in written and verbal English; additional languages are a strong asset given the global scope of the role; Excellent executive-level communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly and objectively to senior stakeholders and disciplinary committees; Experience with eDiscovery tooling and investigation technology, such as Zylab, Relativity or similar tools; Strong prioritization, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple sensitive matters and deliver under tight deadlines; Strong personal integrity, independence, sound judgment, intercultural sensitivity and resilience, without compromising on fairness, objectivity or company values.
