Descrizione del lavoro
Segue le direttive della Governante ai piani e si occupa di:
- pulire e mettere in ordine le camere e gli spazi comuni
- effettuare il rinnovo giornaliero della biancheria, riassettare la camera e riordinare gli oggetti e/o gli effetti
personali del cliente
- turn down service in fascia serale
- verificare lo stato della camera e l’inventario di quanto vi è in dotazione quando l'ospite è in partenza
- effettuare il rapportino giornaliero con la Governante
