ph3Position Mission /h3 pReporting directly to the CEO, ensure the efficiency, compliance and sustainability of the business through the implementation of management systems, the optimization of business processes and the maintenance of the related certifications, in accordance with the regulatory standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125 and ISO 30415. /p pKnowledge of the railway business is preferred. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement the guidelines and minimum requirements needed to ensure the maintenance of management system certifications, in accordance with the applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125). /li liEnsure, in coordination with the HSE function, that applicable HSE legal requirements are identified and kept up to date and that the related obligations are fulfilled. /li liSupport business units in process improvement and gather requirements for an integrated plan that takes into account the opportunities offered by new certifications. /li liEnsure reporting to Company Management. /li liMonitor performance and compliance with policies, defined processes and regulatory requirements. /li liEnsure the maintenance of management systems and the application of the regulatory requirements set out by the applicable certification standards. /li liDraft and keep up to date the system documentation, including Policies and procedures /li liEnsure that internal and third-party audit programs are implemented. /li liCarry out context analysis and risk assessment for the areas in which the company holds certification. /li liCoordinate the Supplier Qualification process, liaising with the other business functions involved, in particular HSE and Cybersecurity, and keeping the register of qualified suppliers up to date. /li liEstablish the methods for Supplier Evaluation, defining criteria, methods and tools for monitoring supplier performance,



and coordinate the periodic evaluation process. /li liPrepare project Quality Plans and ensure, in coordination with the Project Manager, that project activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable quality standards and company procedures. /li liAttend the Quality Audits scheduled as part of the product CE verification paths (Modules CD and CH1) and ensure the maintenance of the product CE certification related to the QMS. /li liMonitor the Non-Conformity management process, ensuring that non-conformities are recorded and that treatment and corrective actions are effectively implemented. /li /ul h3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, preferably Management or Environmental Engineering /li liIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 27001, UNI/PdR 125, ISO 30415 and ISO 19011 standards; Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification for management systems /li liKnowledge of the Office Package; knowledge of the railway business is preferred /li /ul h3Required Soft Skills /h3 ul liResults orientation /li liInitiative /li liPartnering /li liPlanning and organization /li liLeadership and development of others /li /ul h3CCNL: Metalmeccanico /h3 h3Contract type: Full - time, permanent position /h3 h3Gross Annual Salary (RAL): € 35.000 - € 40.000, commensurate with experience and qualifications /h3 h3Benefits: /h3 ul lielectronic meal vouchers and welfare benefits in line with the provisions of the applicable CCNL. /li /ul pAngelstar is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
