We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.

Responsibilities

- Own MEP Cost Planning & Estimates – Generate detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing cost plans, ensuring alignment with design and scope while keeping budgets under control.
- Drive MEP Tendering & Supplier Selection – Manage the tendering process,



evaluate bids, and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising technical quality.
- Control MEP Variations & Changes – Track and assess all MEP variations, ensure approvals, and update financials accurately to maintain cost integrity. xysqume xlwpduy
- Report & Forecast MEP Costs – Deliver regular MEP-specific cost reports, forecasts, and analyses that inform project financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with MEP Teams for Cost Control – Partner with engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues while safeguarding budgets and ensuring specifications are met.

Requirements
- Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
- Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
