ppCareers | Front Office /p pFull Time /p pNight Manager /p pPurpose of Position /p pO'Two Hotels is seeking a responsible and composed Night Manager to lead overnight operations across Terra by O'Two and Mar by O'Two.
This role carries the keys to the quiet hours: guest care, safety, service recovery, handovers, emergency response and operational control while the broader leadership team is off-site.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the overnight operation and act as manager on duty during night shifts.
/li liOversee late arrivals, early departures, guest requests, complaints, incidents and service recovery.
/li liSupport night audit procedures, revenue checks, handovers and system accuracy.
/li liCoordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Room Service, Maintenance and Front Office during overnight hours.
/li liEnsure guest safety, hotel security, emergency procedures and quiet-hour standards are maintained.
/li liConduct property walks and identify presentation, maintenance, security or operational concerns.
/li liPrepare clear morning handovers for management and relevant departments.
/li liCoach and support overnight team members to deliver professional service with confidence.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years' front office or night management experience, including manager-on-duty responsibility.
/li liMust currently hold a similar role within a 4-star luxury or 5-star luxury hotel environment.
/li liProtel PMS experience is essential.
/li liStrong night audit, cashiering,



guest recovery and emergency response experience.
/li liAble to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
/li liMust be eligible to work in South Africa.
/li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in an international or internationally branded hotel environment will be highly advantageous.
/li liFirst aid, fire-life-safety or hotel pre-opening experience will be advantageous.
