/ph3About the role: /h3pWe are seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer to join our Proposal Department and contribute to winning technically and commercially competitive projects.
The Proposal Department is the technical and commercial backbone of the sales organization, connecting customers, sales, engineering, and project execution.
The team delivers complete, competitive, and reliable proposals that form the foundation for successful projects.
/ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport Sales Managers and Project Managers in preparing technical proposals, standard conditions, and cost/sales calculations.
/liliPropose target selling prices and provide technical descriptions, commercial letters, and standard conditions as part of proposals.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals and related documentation.
/liliFacilitate smooth handover of orders from the sales function to project execution, ensuring internal ownership transitions efficiently.
/liliFollow sales from quotation to execution and interact with customers when relevant to support closing deals.
/liliReport directly to the Proposal Department Manager in Italy.
/li /ulh3You Bring: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical knowledge acquired through experience.
/liliKnowledge of plant architecture, technical and production processes, materials, and quality standards.
/liliStrong proposal management and project-sales integration skills.




/liliExcellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
/liliStrong technical expertise, writing, and reporting skills.
/liliAbility to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams.
/li /ulh3Nice to Haves: /h3ulliPrevious experience in proposal preparation or project sales support within a technical or engineering environment.
/liliFamiliarity with international projects and cross-functional collaboration.
