For this role, compensation starts from 86.000 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills. /p h3Your main tasks /h3 ul liManage all aspects of operational and supply chain finance for manufacturing plants globally. /li liLead and develop the Ops finance team. /li liTracking and reporting of KPI's with corrective actions initiated and follow-up as needed. /li liDirect and perform consolidation of operational financial information monthly and review, reconcile and analyse to provide recommendations for improvement to PSS leadership team. /li liDirect and perform preparation of supplemental financial information related to the PSS monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts. /li liCoordinate the annual cost roll in PSS plants, assessing and proactively communicating the impact to the relevant stakeholders. /li liFinancial support and analysis of regional strategic operational objectives, including: /li liFootprint migration, consolidation or expansion activities /li liCapacity analysis /li liAutomation projects and other capital investments /li liAnalysis of operational results, both forecasted and actual, bridging performance over time /li liPreparation of concise summary of relevant information to facilitate decision making /li liCoordinate and conduct regular plant reviews /li liSupport and review with plants business cases for CER.



/li liEnsure the SOX and Policy Standards and support plant controller with the Audits (external and internal) /li /ul h3Your ideal background /h3 ul liUniversity degree in finance, accounting, or business management. /li liInternationally recognized accounting qualification is a plus. /li li10+ years' experience in Controlling and Finance assignments of increasing responsibility, including manufacturing finance experience related to budgeting, forecasting processes and consolidation /li liProven track record of partnering with business functional leaders /li liPrior experience in a standard cost manufacturing environment /li liUnderstanding of manufacturing organizations, manufacturing budgeting, forecasting processes and functional expenses /li liDemonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams as well as to develop direct reports and other team members /li liHave outstanding influencing skills, strong motivational and leadership development capabilities and a history of creating consensus across many functional areas. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liAccurate, systematic, and independent work style /li liDeals with Ambiguity and can effectively cope with change. /li liStrong problem solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. /li liAble to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change /li liEffective change leader who can challenge appropriately and bring forward new and bold ideas that inspire and bring about positive change.
