The role requires strong technical competence, excellent judgment, and the professionalism to operate confidently in executive-facing environments. /p pThis role reports to the Head of IT Infrastructure. /p h3In This Role /h3 ul liProvide Tier 2/3 end‑user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux, including white‑glove support for C‑level executives /li liServe as the on‑site IT owner for the SGV location, ensuring reliable and professional IT services /li liAdminister endpoint management platforms (JAMF, Intune) across the full device lifecycle /li liOwn and support video conferencing systems, meeting rooms, and live executive events with zero tolerance for disruption /li liTroubleshoot and maintain networking and infrastructure components (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, virtualization) /li liSupport Microsoft 365 services and related SaaS platforms /li liDevelop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort /li liLead and execute local and regional IT projects,



including infrastructure refreshes and greenfield builds /li liProduce and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures /li liCollaborate closely with global IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders during IT separation and growth initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li8+ years of hands‑on IT experience with strong breadth across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services /li liProven experience supporting both Windows and macOS in a corporate environment /li liSolid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless) /li liExperience with endpoint management tools (Intune required; JAMF strongly preferred) /li liGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration /li liPractical scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar) /li liExperience supporting AV/VC systems and executive‑facing meetings or events /li liFluent English (written and spoken), comfortable interacting with senior leadership /li liEU work authorization and availability for on‑site work in San Giovanni Valdarno /li /ul h3Compensation Details /h3 pThe employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry,
