The role requires full compliance with applicable laws, the Company's Model 231, Code of Conduct, HSE policies, and corporate procedures. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliServe as the primary interface between the Drilling and Logistics teams. /liliEnsure continuous communication and reporting within the drilling organization. /liliSupervise the implementation of drilling and completion programs at the wellsite. /liliDirect daily operations as the operator's representative and lead well control activities when required. /liliPlan and coordinate daily operational activities. /liliManage contractors and ensure services are performed in accordance with contractual requirements. /liliEnsure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and HSE standards. /liliVerify that equipment, materials, and safety stock levels are available and fit for purpose. /liliMaintain accurate operational reporting using company systems such as Wellview and Synergi. /liliParticipate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations. /liliPromote continuous improvement through lessons learned and competency assessments. /li /ul h3Main Objectives /h3 ulliEnsure safe and efficient execution of drilling and completion operations. /liliPrevent major incidents such as blowouts, spills, and loss of well integrity. /liliProtect company assets and the environment.
