We are currently hiring bSenior Software Engineer (React Native) /b to be based in either Finland, Germany, Poland, UK, Netherlands, Sweden or UK. The preferred location is Finland or Germany. /p h3Your Mission At Epassi /h3 pYou will be part of a cross-functional product team responsible for building and evolving a modern mobile application that supports Epassi’s product vision. We are adding this role to strengthen our mobile engineering capabilities and to establish a solid, scalable foundation for a React Native app that is built for long-term growth. In this role, you will take ownership of mobile-specific system areas, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape how we build, operate,



and continuously improve our mobile solutions across the Epassi group. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liDesigning, building, and maintaining a high-quality React Native mobile application /li liContributing to a scalable, modular, and maintainable mobile architecture /li liEnsuring high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security /li liCollaborating closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps /li liActively contributing to architectural discussions and technical improvements /li /ul h3You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You /h3 ul liDeliver a stable and scalable mobile app with a clean, well-structured codebase /li liEstablish and evolve architectural patterns that support long-term development /li liTake ownership and responsibility for the quality and reliability of mobile features /li liProactively identify and reduce technical debt /li liCommunicate clearly and work effectively within a cross-functional team /li liSupport reliable delivery and smooth operation following a “you build it, you run it” mindset /li /ul h3What You’ll Be Doing (daily) /h3 ul liDeveloping mobile features using React Native and TypeScript /li liShaping and refining the mobile app architecture with scalability and modularization in mind /li liWriting clean, testable, and maintainable code /li liReviewing code and providing constructive feedback to peers /li liIntegrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs in collaboration with Backend Engineers /li liWorking closely with Product Owners and Designers to refine requirements /li liMonitoring app behavior, analyzing issues, and supporting incident resolution /li liSupporting build, release,
