PpbAbout the Role:br/ /bAs Global Senior Toxicologist, you will be part of the /p pbAbout the Role:br/ /bAs Global Senior Toxicologist, you will be part of the bFood Safety Quality department /b and be the bGroup subject matter expert /b on toxicological food safety risks, especially bcontaminants /b, directly reporting to bFood Safety Product Integrity Manager /b.br/bMain Responsibilities:br/ /bBy covering this position, you will bmonitor external scientific, technical and regulatory evolutions /bin the field of chemical Food Safety (e.g. environment and process contaminants) applying horizon scanning bbest practices /b. Moreover, you will leverage on bnew developments /b when relevant and evaluate potential business impact benabling science-based and informed business decisions /b.br/You will bdrive the risk anticipation process /b from risk identification to risk mitigation, to ensure all emerging or evolving risks are managed properly, by involving all the required functions and deliver brisk assessments /b in all circumstances. You implement bnew state-of-the-art /b toxicological assessment methodologies and tools to conduct a robust risk analysis across the value chain enabling science-based decisions to predict and prevent potential Food Safety issues.br/Conducting risk assessments on the field of chemical safety, you will bsupport product design, sourcing, manufacturing /b, also in case of crisis and incidents to enable informed business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to bprovide toxicological expertise throughout the whole product life cycle /b. In this role, you will create,
develop and nurture a bscientific external network /b and strong partnerships, being up to date with scientific evolutions, studies and emerging risks. You will support the creation of a bglobal scientific engagement strategy /b on Food Safety topics as well as the building of a bscientific Advisory Board /b composed of internationally recognized experts to create and maintain state-of-the art expertise within the Group. In relation to this, you will brepresent the Group /b in worldwide Food Safety and selected Food Safety organizations, events, conferences, etc. to increase credibility and shape external Food Safety standards.br/Last but not least, you will bdevelop internal capabilities /bwith trainings, methods and tools to equip the different functions.br/bAbout You:br/ /bYou bring your Master’s Degree or PhD Biology, Chemistry, Food Science or a related field and your bsolid /bexperience in bQuality/Food Safety/Chemical Safety/Risk Management /broles. Your bdeep knowledge of the Food sector /b and your background in structured, multinational companies will be a key asset for us.br/You can work confidently in a bfluent English /b, leveraging on your international mindset and ability to craft clear communication across diverse teams.

The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 85.000.
