/p pJob Summary:Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will work as part of the CAI Data Centre / Building Commissioning team and be responsible for the commissioning of mission‑critical mechanical equipment, start‑up and testing, as well as developing maintenance programs and plans. /p pBuilding commissioning professionals develop and execute the commissioning tests to demonstrate to the customer that vendor equipment is correctly installed and ready to operate, support enhanced design reviews, and consult on submission of LEED / Green Star qualification packages.Mechanical Commissioning Engineers will be responsible for the following: /p ul liDevelopment of mechanical equipment and system test scripts /li liAttend and be an active participant in customer equipment FWT/FAT /li liVendor coordination and management /li liPerform equipment inspection to ensure build adherence to vendor submittal /li liProvide test and documentation that the equipment is delivered, installed, and tested correctly and set to function properly for the customer /li liSupport and perform design specification review, manufacturer submittals, schematic drawing sets, and project schedule documentation /li liQA/QC of mechanical equipment installation\start-up /li liAssign test commissioning tasks to the mechanical commissioning team /li liExecute test scripts to confirm equipment and system operation to the design specification /li liEnsure safe work practices are followed by all on the commissioning team and the customer site /li liEngage with customers to ensure a positive experience, goal achievement,
