You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams,



and external partners to understand business needs, deliver technology solutions, and ensure our manufacturing systems continue to support operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business analysis and problem-solving in a global manufacturing environment. /p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liBuild strong partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs and support the delivery of manufacturing technology solutions. /li liSupport the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Global Manufacturing Information Systems across production facilities. /li liGather and analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline manufacturing processes through technology and system enhancements. /li liDocument business processes, workflows, and system requirements, and create user, operational, and technical documentation. /li liScope, test, and implement application upgrades, new features, and system improvements based on business demand and technology roadmaps.



/li liDeliver training and ongoing support to end users while building trust through responsive and effective problem resolution. /li liContribute to global projects, share knowledge with team members, and participate in on-call support activities as required. /li liParticipate in system support activities, including occasional 24x7 on-call support as required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li li3+ years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a related field. /li liExperience supporting manufacturing systems or manufacturing applications. /li liProficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. /li liAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 h3Reports To Title: /h3 pService Delivery Manager - Manufacturing Applications /p h3Travel requirements: /h3 p20 - 25% /p h3Salary Range: /h3 pThe expected salary for this position is between€40,000 and €50,000.
