The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing regional field team, driving the deployment and execution of the commercial go-to-market strategy, and act as a multiplier of Sobi's values, vision, and strategic priorities. The RSM will be a key contributor to strategic and conceptual decision-making, ensuring commercial strategies reflect patient needs, market realities, competitive dynamics, and long-term business objectives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pbRegional Sales Leadership Performance Management /b /pulliOwn overall commercial results, including product sales and performance KPI. /liliRecruit, train, develop, and lead a team of Key Account Managers to high performance levels. /liliApply a full leadership model: manager, leader, coach, trainer, advisor, and mentor. /liliDrive continuous development with robust performance-management routines, individual development plans, and capability-building sessions. /li /ulpbField Force Excellence Execution /b /pulliCoordinate and operationalize regional sales activities (e.g., education events, promotional initiatives). /liliMonitor activity execution using Company dashboards, KPIs, and market data and secure accurate reporting of insights in CRM. /liliEnsure high-quality, compliant interactions. /liliConduct regular field visits to coach team members, support account strategies, and maintain strong customer understanding. /liliOversee sales force planning, including territory optimization, targeting, and call planning. /liliSupports and coaches on the deployment of omnichannel activities to drive business objectives. /li /ulpbStrategic Cross-Functional Collaboration /b /pulliContribute to regional strategic planning with insights from the field, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics. /liliWork closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Access and Commercial Excellence to ensure 'one Sobi' toward customers and stakeholders. /liliProvide systematic feedback loops to ensure local insights: customer needs, competitor actions, barriers are fully reflected in Sobi's strategic plans.
/liliEnsure seamless coordination of capability planning with marketing and medical counterparts. /li /ulpbCustomer Account Engagement /b /pulliStrengthen customer networks and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across regions. /liliGuide account planning and conduct regular account review meetings; monitor budget, sales progress, and productivity. /liliRepresent Sobi in key customer engagements, ensuring a consistent scientific and value‑based commercial message. /liliUtilises company dashboard to identify opportunities to deliver and exceed regional/subregional targets. /li /ulpbCompliance Governance /b /pulliEnsure full adherence to local regulations, Sobi policies, and compliance standards. /liliGuarantee timely completion of all required training for both yourself and direct reports. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. /liliProven track record in pharmaceutical/biotech sales leadership, within Specialty Care. /liliDemonstrated experience in managing products during launch phases in a cross functional environments. /liliStrong business acumen, analytical and strategic skills—ability to translate data (market data, Veeva insights, competitive intelligence) into concrete commercial plans. /liliProven People Management experience: previous experience managing and developing teams is required, including direct responsibility for performance management, coaching, talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture /liliExperience in the relevant Cardio- Metabolic therapeutic area is preferred. /liliExcellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, marketing, and patient access teams. /liliExcellent written and spoken English /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pCompensation and Total Rewards at SobiAt Sobi, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a comprehensive and industry-competitive total rewards package.
