We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our HR team, who will be responsible for innovating and enhancing talent attraction while managing the full recruitment cycle, strengthening employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and develop top talent.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead, develop, and manage the Talent team, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
- Centralize and standardize talent acquisition processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization
- Innovate and enhance talent attraction strategies to strengthen the company's ability to attract top talent
- Drive employer branding initiatives through targeted campaigns and partnerships
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce development
- Develop and implement a strategic event plan, organizing and overseeing targeted recruiting events and career fairs to attract top talent across multiple regions and sectors
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate journey by fostering engagement and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development
YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in centralizing recruitment processes across multiple legal entities or regions
- Strong expertise in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills for tracking hiring metrics and optimizing recruitment strategies
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting highly specialized IT roles
- Knowledge of IT job market trends, salary benchmarking, and the most effective sourcing channels for tech professionals
- Hands-on experience with tech recruitment tools
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
- It's a plus: master in Human Resources or similar certification and proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Employment Classification: Quadro under the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria
- Fixed Salary (RAL): €50.000 – €60.000 gross per year, depending on the assessed level of autonomy and responsibility
- MBO: up to 15% of fixed salary upon 100% achievement of objectives defined with your manager
- Meal vouchers: €7 for each day worked on-site
