/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead the problem-solving process for electronic and software issues in assembly line. /li liLead the failure analysis on electronic boards and components returned from the field or failing during production, identifying the root cause for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA). /li liDevelop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. /li liManage non-conformities related to electronic parts, coordinating containment and corrective actions. /li liImplement quality standards, procedures, and control systems. /li liConduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement. /li liAnalyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen). /li liWork closely with Production, RD, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues. /li liEnsure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
