The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug, data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with ST procedures and customer requirements. /p /brh3Tasks / Responsibilities /h3 /brulliDefine and manage product reliability qualification plans. /liliCollaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug. /liliCoordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities. /liliAnalyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.



/liliSupport failure analysis and root cause investigations. /liliPrepare reliability reports and qualification status updates. /liliSupport burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliContribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance. /li /ul /brh3Work Experience Skills Required /h3 /brulliGraduate in Electronics or Materials /liliExperience: Minimum 2–3 years in semiconductors /liliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent. /liliKnowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testing. /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross‑functional teams. /liliGood communication skills. /liliEnglish required; Italian preferred. /li /ul /brpTeam and services-oriented spirit /p /brh3Preferred Experience /h3 /brulliExperience in automotive quality and reliability. /liliFamiliarity with reliability tests such as HTOL, HTRB, THB, ELFR, PTC, and Short Circuit. /liliKnowledge of reliability tracking and analysis tools is a plus. /li /ul /brh3How we work: culture at Quest Global /h3 /brpWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
