ph3Job Description Summary /h3pThe Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing direct and indirect procurement activities in support of shop operations, including equipment, tools, services, and direct materials.
This role ensures procurement policy compliance, supports supplier management and PO execution, and helps establish efficient procurement processes for the operation.
In the initial setup phase, the position will also support material management activities related to ERP transactions, logistics coordination, and material flow.
This role reports to the Site Materials Logistics Manager and is intended to be performed on-site.

/liliManage supplier relationships for PO execution, delivery scheduling, issue resolution, and ERP updates.
/liliSupport negotiation with suppliers to achieve the best commercial and contractual conditions while meeting business requirements.
/liliWork with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with technical specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
/liliSupport the setup and standardization of procurement processes for the new repair shop operation.
/liliProvide guidance to functional teams on procurement processes, policies, and procurement-related topics.
/liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational startup and new technology introduction.
/liliBuild effective working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.
/li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree from an accredited university.
/liliMinimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
/liliStrong knowledge of Oracle ERP.
/liliStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
/liliAbility to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
/liliStrong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.
/liliFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
