/li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree or above in bElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation /b or a related technical field. /li /brliRelevant experience in bsolar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems /b is highly preferred. /li /brliGood understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning. /li /brliPrevious experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred. /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /li /brliComfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers. /li /brliStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently. /li /brliGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li /brliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe. /li /brlibFluent Italian and good English skills /b are required.
