We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Account Manager to join the Service and After-Sales team of Stevanato Group's Engineering BU.
The successful candidate will: Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.
Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.
Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organization Collaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutions Serve as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries.
Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.




Manage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelines Create effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES: Market and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments Customers and Prospects products and processes understanding Key Account Planning and Project Management Customer Service and CRM Management Analysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications Budget management IT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experiences in a commercial role preferably in the customer service and after sales department English language proficiency is essential for the role (at least B2).
