About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A; Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.
Your Responsabilities will Be:
Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions
Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning
Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast
Work with AI and agents to prepare data
Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation
Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs
What Are We Looking For In You:
Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance,



Accountancy or Economical Engineering
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher)
Strong Excel knowledge & Microsoft Office
Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot)
Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
Collaborative and motivated, with strong communication skills
Proactivity and problem-solving approach
Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment
Good presentation skills
Result oriented
