Your mission at BeSafe Group

As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for:

- Generating strategic leads and identifying potential customers;
- Tracking activities in the CRM (e.g. Pipedrive) and keeping it up to date by updating account information regularly;
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge and being able to conduct demos and objection handling;
- Updating monthly and quarterly reports;
- Managing the sales cycle;
- Evaluating market opportunities, trends and drivers at national and international level;
- Prioritising and managing the performance of a portfolio of accounts acquired to business value;
- Maintaining relationships with accounts acquired through consistent communication, identifying their needs and helping them achieving their best performance;
- Participating in company events, industry fairs and business trips on national and international territories.

The role is great if you:
- Are a self-starter with great attention to detail;
- Have strong analytical skills;
- Are able to quickly prioritise tasks;
- Are willing to travel and participate in on-site events;
- Native Italian speaker with C1/native-level English.



Knowledge of a third langauge is considered a plus;
- Are ambitious, self-motivated, energetic, goal oriented and a strategic thinker;
- Have a proactive attitude and are able to recognise new business opportunities;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients;
- Enjoy team-working and have a collaborative approach to work;
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Are well-organised and meticulous when working with data.

Requirements for the role:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in similar roles in companies, such as tourism/hospitality management providers, hotel and non-hotel accommodations;
- Knowledge and/or experience in tourism, travel or hospitality industry;
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
- Track record of achieving sales KPIs;
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce);
- Excellent project management skills;
- B-type driver licence is mandatory.

Salary €35,000 - €40,000 base annual salary (seniority level will take into consideration for further evaluation) + variable compensation. We offer a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance results.
