Role: EUC L1 Engineer
Mandatory Requirement: Valid DURC
Key Requirements
- Experience in End User Computing (EUC) / IT support
- L1 technical support and troubleshooting experience
- Good knowledge of Windows desktops, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work onsite at the Sesto Fiorentino location
- Valid DURC is mandatory
