Department: 10668 Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center - Work Campus Care: School Nurse Program Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou** rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Mon- Fri School schedule Pay Range: $Administers OTC and prescription medications Provide basic first aid CPR training for staff Manage healthcare needs such as Asthma, Diabetes and Epilepsy as examples Develop and maintain relations with parents and stakeholders in the schools Document in Power School and keep medical information update Reviews and updates immunization and health records at the school Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Current RN licensure in the State the teammate practices Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nurses Experience Required: None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols with visionand hearing within normal range to respond to Code alerts and equipment alarms.
