We are seeking an highly motivated RESIDENT MANAGER to oversee the day-to-day operations in our resorts and hotels located in Zanzibar & Kenya, with fluent aknowoledge of Italian and English language.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Greet guests ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with the utmost professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with the hotel's standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
- Inspecting all department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the position will also:




- Manage all employee-related activities
- Implement processes and systems to control costs, maximize revenue, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee sustainability initiatives, ensuring the hotel meets all safety and hygiene standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferable in tropical locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
- Fluent in English & Italian language is compulsory.
- Fluent German and French language is a plus.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
