From the daily rituals,headline& Next Gen events to local partnerships and the DearNeighborprogramme,you'rethe person who makes things happen on the ground. You haveastrong senseforwhat’son trend and know how to translate that intoprogrammesand experiences that connect people, are relevant, and feel unmistakably TSH.
You’rehands-on throughout the process and know how to turn creative ideas into well-produced experiences that run smoothly and leave an impact.You'reorganised,hands-on, and genuinely excited by the details that make the difference between a good event and onepeople arestill talking about next week. You coordinate all eventprogrammesfor our members from A to Z and love to produce experiences that matter.

Stakeholder management and coordinate with internal teams (F&B;, operations, marketing) to make sure every event element runs smoothly. Own and run the DearNeighbourprogramme- building connections between members and the widerneighbourhoodaround the hub. Maintain local partnerships with brands and organizations that add value to our community Keep an eye onwhat'sworking and whatisn't- collect member feedback during events and share insights with the team.
Managethe events section on our digital community platform; upload content, promote all events, manage our ticketing system, and analyze event data. 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role ~ A creative mind and strong visual sense - you care about how things look, feel, and land with an audience ~ Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events call for it ~ Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre.
