We are hiring a hands-on Media Buyer to run campaigns across different channels and niches.

Role

- Run ads on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and, when needed, X and Reddit
- Set up and manage Business Manager / Ads Manager accounts in a clean, trackable way
- Create or adapt simple iPhone creatives (photos and short videos)
- Test 2–3 creatives at a time, keep what works, cut what does not
- Optimise for useful actions: profile visits, messages, leads and bookings
- Adapt targeting and copy to different projects: events, B2B services, local and international campaigns
- Send a short weekly report: spend, results, what to scale,

Requirements
- Real experience with Meta Ads Manager, not only Instagram Boost
- Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus
- Technical fluency with pixels, events, tracking, landing pages and account setup
- Able to launch new setups quickly and work across different niches
- Elegant, discreet content taste. No spam creatives
- Autonomous, reliable and fast in communication
- Fluent english and Italian
