Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the Italy-focused telesales team, including workforce scheduling, attendance management, and on-site supervision. Establish and continuously improve a comprehensive training system by delivering specialized coaching on sales scripts, product knowledge, and sales techniques to optimize team KPIs, enhance overall sales performance, and improve operational efficiency.
2. Take ownership of the company's sales targets in the Italian market by translating business objectives into daily, weekly, and monthly individual performance goals. Drive execution through target-setting meetings, performance review sessions, and team incentive programs, proactively identifying and removing obstacles throughout the sales process to ensure the achievement of team targets.
3. Allocate customer leads effectively and ensure compliance with CRM data management standards and customer follow-up SOPs. Supervise daily sales activities and follow-up performance, support the team in handling high-value prospects and complex negotiations, resolve escalated sales-related customer complaints, consolidate customer objections, and continuously optimize sales scripts and operational processes.
4. Monitor market trends and customer demands in Italy, communicate market insights to cross-functional teams, and facilitate the localization and optimization of sales strategies. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to continuously strengthen the company's brand competitiveness and enhance customer conversion rates and overall sales experience in overseas markets.
5. Ensure full compliance with overseas telesales regulations and company policies by standardizing call handling procedures and outbound calling practices.



Mitigate risks related to customer complaints, account restrictions, and regulatory compliance. Execute company-wide sales initiatives and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Italian language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher, with strong capabilities in business communication, negotiation, and customer complaint resolution. Fluent communication skills in either Chinese or English for professional workplace collaboration.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of frontline Italian-language telesales experience and at least 3 years of experience managing cross-border telesales teams. Familiarity with outbound call center operations is required. Experience in overseas market operations is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Capable of independently conducting sales performance reviews and business analysis. Experience with CRM systems and call center platforms is preferred.
4. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrated success in cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and project execution.

- Experience managing Italian-language telesales teams within the financial services, cross-border e-commerce, or international trade sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Italian market environment, customer behaviors, and relevant industry regulations.
- Proven track record in sales organization development, process optimization, and sales performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience in overseas sales localization, competitor analysis, and sales strategy optimization.
