For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a HR Services Trainee for a curricular or extracurricular internship.

In the role of HR Services Trainee, you will be responsible for provide support in the Services Team.

Responsabilities

- Support the HRS team in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle (Time&Attendance;, Expenses Reports, Welfare & Benefits);
- Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports
- Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database;
- Support the employees with the explanation of company’s policies and updating of it;




- Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRS (Time&Attendance;, Expenses Reports etc.);

Requirements

- Academic background in Law, Human Resources, Economics is strong recommended, but we will take in consideration other matchign fields;
- Knowledge of Office package (specifically, excel).
- Fluency in English.

Soft Skills

- Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
- Strong attention to details;
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
