Contracts, onboarding, employee support, schedules and manpower planning. This role sits between HR administration and day-to-day rostering.

You’ll work closely with the HR & Roster Manager, supporting employees and candidates while keeping records, training plans and shift coverage up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor attendance, absences, leave and sickness
- Support recruitment, onboarding and background screening activities
- Be a daily point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Manage work schedules, roster changes and shift coverage
- Plan and monitor training activities and manpower requirements
- Keep HR systems, records and databases accurate and up to date
- Coordinate staff flight and hotel bookings when required

Requirements





- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage different priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to travel when required

Nice to have: previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
