Role Description The Director of Customer Relations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading customer-facing strategies and initiatives across Acrisure Commercial Title. This position oversees the customer relations team, designs processes to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensures that every client interaction reflects the company’s commitment to precision and service excellence.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client accounts, resolving complex customer issues, monitoring service quality, and implementing improvements to the overall customer experience. The Director collaborates with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align customer feedback with business goals and to support long-term client retention. This role also uses data and reporting to identify trends, develop action plans, and promote a culture of proactive, service-oriented engagement.

- Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and customer experience in a service-oriented environment.




- Strong customer service and account management skills, with experience handling complex or high-profile client relationships.
- Background in sales or revenue-focused roles, with an understanding of how customer relations support business growth.
- Leadership experience managing teams, setting performance expectations, and coaching team members for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategy.
- Experience in commercial real estate, title, insurance, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
