Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exceptional career opportunity as Beauty Consultant – Travel Retail based at Malpensa Airport. The successful candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador for Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty, delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives within the Travel Retail channel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to an international clientele, providing personalized beauty consultations across fragrances, make-up and skincare categories in line with Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty hospitality and service standards.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sell-out targets and driving business performance at the point of sale by identifying customer needs and maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism and empathy,



fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction even in fast-paced and high-traffic environments.
- Represent Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand values, heritage and identity within the Travel Retail environment while promoting products, launches and dedicated initiatives.
- Ensure excellent product presentation and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand, including tester management and maintenance, in compliance with visual merchandising, commercial and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the airport team and store contacts, ensuring effective communication, a results-oriented approach and up-to-date knowledge of Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty collections, products and launches.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar client-facing sales role within the beauty, luxury or retail sector.
- Solid knowledge of the beauty industry, with a particular focus on fragrances, make-up and skincare.
- Strong sales mindset and results-oriented approach, with the ability to identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to engage and advise an international clientele.
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of a second or third language is considered a strong plus.
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of the airport environment and Travel Retail dynamics is considered a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset, adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Offer Contract type: Indefinite contract (tempo indeterminato)

Working hours: Full-time

Relevant National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)

Remuneration

Remuneration will start from €25.000, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
