We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients within the travel industry . As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
