Role Description The Credit Manager role at Falc is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ancona Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for managing customer credit limits, monitoring payment behaviors, and evaluating creditworthiness to support secure and sustainable business growth. Day-to-day activities include assessing credit risk, reviewing financial information, setting and updating credit policies, and collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams to balance commercial opportunities with risk control.
The Credit
Manager will oversee collections processes, manage overdue accounts, and prepare regular reports and analyses on credit exposure,
bad debt trends, and cash flow impacts. The role also involves optimizing internal procedures, supporting continuous improvement in credit management practices, and contributing to the development of tools and metrics that enhance decision-making and financial stability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit, including setting credit limits, managing collections, and supporting commercial decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills, including assessing financial data, evaluating customer risk profiles, and preparing actionable reports.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and working capital dynamics.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sales, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in a similar credit, finance, or risk-focused role, preferably in fashion, retail, or manufacturing, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or credit management systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints are advantageous.
