Job Overview
Mission For future products, ensure customer protection by assessing project maturity and compliance with Product Development standards from concept development through Start of Production, supporting robust launches.
- Perform milestone assessments at module level during product development phases.
- Contribute to vehicle milestone assessments, evaluating readiness, risks and compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives.
Main tasks In link the Project Teams follows the convergence to the deliverables expected for each milestone.
- Establishes with the Project Team the roadmap of the actions to be done until the milestone, based on a rating of the topics to fulfil
- Conducts a forecast of the "Program Stoppers" status, 4 weeks before the milestone to identify the needed escalations
- Ensures that all Project expected deliverables are achieved at each milestone
- Draws up the milestone assessment and its synthesis For this, it is necessary to:
- conduct a complete analysis of the project status thanks to the different KPIs (Quality, Performance, Cost, Time Schedule, Industrial, Purchasing, Brand)
- perform interviews of the Project team, analyze Design assessments provided by Metafunctions/contributors and projects deliverables, challenge the data provided. Participate if needed to technical meetings of the project or to plant visits to increase the robustness of the assessment
- ensure that all the objective (QCDP) risks or gaps have a corrective plan. Contribute to structure the mitigation/recovery plans and the associated success conditions
- identify the pre-SOP audits to be performed in the plant according to the manufacturing perimeter
- coordinate with other Milestone assessors for related programs (platform, adaptation, module, propulsion system, top hat)
- propose to pass or not the milestone. In this case of a No Go, define the activities which could continue
- share the Milestone assessment status with the stakeholders and produce the Milestone assessment extract to be included in the deck presented to the governance for decision
- manage the proofreading meeting of the milestone assessment with the Project and the main actors of the other directions involved, ensure the final distribution of the milestone assessment is done to the right people in the company
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in Product Development and/or Quality
- Understanding of Module Organization
- Knowledge on On-board and Off-Board connectivity projects development and/or cockpit developments
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Practical knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies
- Experience with quality metrics, performance monitoring, customer audit processes, non-conformance management and continuous improvement systems
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), issue tracking and requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design and Process FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), auditing, risk management and problem-solving methodologies
- Understanding of Product Development Processes (PDP), including hardware and software development lifecycles
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
Offer
· Salary range: from 52.000 € to 56.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
· Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the hird professional area.
