: We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic individual who shares our passion for teaching children. While a background in drama/theatre is advantageous, we also welcome those interested in gaining experience in teaching children aged 5-16 in our after-school classes.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

- Deliver weekly after-school drama classes; the schedule will be confirmed following interview.
- Supervise parent or guardian collection and ensure children are handed over safely.




- Liaise professionally with the host school and its designated safeguarding contact.
- Record and report accidents, injuries and first-aid incidents promptly.
- Follow all ESDS and host-school safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Complete safeguarding and first-aid training provided by ESDS.
- Be legally entitled to work and provide freelance services in Italy.
- Be willing to provide the identification, consent and documentation required for safeguarding checks.

Appointment is conditional upon satisfactory safeguarding vetting. ESDS will request the Italian Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale under Article 25-bis of DPR 313/2002 for the successful candidate. Where applicable, candidates may also be required to provide suitable criminal-record certificates from other countries in which they have lived or worked.

Location:

All classes are held at international school in Florence which will be confirmed directly to the successful candidate.

Pay:

€25 per hour. Full training is provided, and additional opportunities for work, including holiday workshops, are always available.
