About Us

Founded in 1999 and listed on NASDAQ in 2003 and HKEX in 2021, Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider comprising of Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar.

Across its platforms, Trip.com Group integrates travel resources from industry partners and helps travellers worldwide pursue the perfect trip with exceptional travel products and services.

We have six Customer Service Centres for Trip.com, established in Japan, Korea, the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, providing 24/7 customer service in 35 different languages.

We have more than 30,000 employees scattered across 50 countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania, striving to expand our global markets and aiming to be the world’s leading and most trusted family of online travel brands that aspires to deliver the perfect trip at the best price for every traveller.

Build Trip.com's B2B integrated on-site ticketing solutions business in the assigned market (Spain or Italy) with tourism venues. The role owns commercial development from first contact through contract, integration, ticket kiosk deployment, on-site launch, and account growth, helping venues shift offline counter sales into connected digital channels, increase online ticketing penetration and digital transaction share, reduce queues, and improve the venue customer experience.

Why This Role:

- Build a new B2B growth engine in one of Europe's priority attractions markets, with the autonomy to shape the local go-to-market model.
- Work at the intersection of venue commerce, ticketing technology, payments, and digital distribution, with direct exposure to leading attractions and system partners.
- Create a repeatable solution playbook that can scale from the assigned market to other European markets.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Market Development and Direct Attraction Sales

- Own the assigned-market pipeline and close integrated on-site ticketing solution projects with priority attractions, including theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, cultural venues, cable cars and activities operators.
- Diagnose venue pain points and online-ticketing gaps across queuing, walk-up capacity, digital payment acceptance, ticket issuance, distribution, and visitor service; convert them into clear commercial proposals and business cases.
- Develop direct venue partnerships using commercially sustainable models, negotiate pricing, inventory, service levels, marketing support, and renewal terms.

Booking System and Channel Partnerships

- Build strategic relationships with leading booking and ticketing system providers, integrators, and local service partners in the designated market.
- Use Trip.com's device support, distribution reach, digital payment capability, and demand-generation expertise to help venues migrate offline sales into online and self-service channels, increase digital sales penetration, and create scalable joint acquisition programs.
- Lead partnership structure, commercial negotiation, contract execution, governance, and performance reviews with both system partners and venues.

Solution Delivery and On-site Operations
- Coordinate Product, Technology, Payments, Operations, Legal, Finance, and local vendors to deliver hardware installation, booking-system or API integration, digital payments, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
- Translate venue requirements into a practical implementation scope, manage dependencies and risks, and remain accountable for a reliable on-site customer experience after go-live.

Account Growth and Market Scaling
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships through regular reporting and business reviews; improve GMV, online ticketing penetration, digital transaction share, conversion, uptime, product coverage, pricing, inventory, and marketing performance.
- Capture implementation learnings and build a repeatable playbook for equipment, payments, systems, and site operations, supporting replication in the other priority market and future European expansion.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

- At least 5 years of B2B sales, business development, channel sales, or strategic partnership experience in attractions, tours and tickets, travel technology, ticketing/booking systems, venue SaaS, payment/POS hardware, or a related field.
- Existing relationships with major Spanish or Italian attractions, tourism boards, booking-system providers, integrators, or attraction-service suppliers.
- Proven success selling to institutional venues through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, together with the ability to develop platform, system-provider, or channel partnerships.

- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in the local language are required.
- Strong commercial judgment and contract-negotiation skills, with sufficient technical aptitude to discuss APIs, booking-system connectivity, payment flows, hardware deployment, and operational service levels.
- Hands-on, resilient, and highly organized; comfortable owning both the sale and the on-site delivery details in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Able to travel frequently within the assigned market and work on-site during venue discovery, installation, testing, launch, and issue resolution.
- Experience with self-service ticketing kiosks, unattended payment terminals, POS hardware, QR-code ticketing, or complex venue integrations is an added bonus.
- Experience improving digital conversion and the on-site customer journey for domestic and international visitor segments is an added bonus.
- Experience scaling a proven commercial model from one European market into additional countries is an added premio.
