Role Overview
This is Six Ten's first dedicated brand and marketing appointment, a foundational role created to bring the group's brand and marketing strategy to life. Working from the strategy set at corporate level, the Associate will establish, own and activate that approach in Run by Nuns, our first locally owned asset, and build the systems, standards and rhythm that allow it to scale to future Six Ten projects. The remit spans the full brand and marketing function: brand stewardship, storytelling and content, social and community, PR and partnerships, events, and measurement.
It is a hands-on, build-from-the- ground-up role for someone who wants to grow with the brand and help define how Six Ten shows up in the world.

This includes international platforms (Red Note).
● PR & earned media — Design and activate the PR strategy; pursue coverage across travel media
(publications, guides, in-flight titles) and lifestyle media, telling the story of the brand, its founders, its history and the wider platform.

Australia, the US and East Asia; build hospitality partnerships (hotels, Airbnb) and tour-operator relationships that drive footfall; identify, curate and coordinate retail partners and branded assets.

● Creative production — Direct and coordinate photographers, the graphic designer and creative partners on the creation and evolution of assets; support flagship print projects.
● Measurement & reporting — Define and track KPIs across earned, owned and paid media; report weekly in writing and in person, deliver monthly analytics dashboards, and produce quarterly competitor analysis to steer decisions.

print assets and global-outreach activations, delivered to schedule.
