To support our Bar team, we are looking for a creative, attentive and guest-oriented Assistant Bartender (m/f/d) who, together with the Chef de Bar, will further develop our bar culture and create special moments of enjoyment for our guests at a 5-star level.

Your Tasks

- Supporting the Chef de Bar in daily operations and the further development of the bar concept
- Preparing high-quality cocktails, Signature Drinks, aperitifs and non-alcoholic creations
- Supporting the implementation of the cocktail and mocktail menu
- Contributing to special aperitivo moments and lounge experiences
- Advising guests on cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
- Providing warm and attentive hospitality with a strong presence at the bar and direct guest interaction
- Ensuring personalized and professional service at a 5-star level
- Preparing the daily mise en place and maintaining an organized bar area
- Supporting stock control, storage organization and inventories
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards
- Working closely with the Chef de Bar, Service, Kitchen and Management

Your Profile

- Experience as a Bartender, Assistant Bartender or in a comparable position in upscale hospitality or gastronomy
- Passion for cocktails, beverages and modern bar culture
- Interest in mixology,



Signature Cocktails and high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives
- Enjoyment of direct guest interaction and a strong hospitality mindset
- Creativity, willingness to learn and attention to detail
- Reliable, structured and team-oriented working style
- Well-groomed appearance and professional communication
- Very good English skills; German or Italian is an advantage
