Position Summary

Tutto Tondo Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of marine construction and refit projects. This position is ideal for an early career professional interested in developing expertise in project management in the marine industry.

The Assistant Project Manager will assist senior project managers in coordinating project activities, monitoring schedules and budgets, maintaining project documentation, and supporting on-site operations, including shipyard and dry dock projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Participate in vessel inspections, ship checks, and site assessments to support project planning and execution.
- Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support on-site management activities during dry dock operations and vessel refit projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project records, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up actions.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, issues, and milestones to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Track action items and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.




- Assist with resource planning, task allocation, and workload coordination.
- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in accordance with company procedures, software systems, and database requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:

· Engineering (Management, Naval, Mechanical, Civil, or related field); or

· Architecture;

· Interior Design

Alternative educational backgrounds may be considered if combined with relevant experience or a demonstrated interest in the marine industry.

Experience

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in project coordination, project management support, operations, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience in the marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, or maritime sector is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel,



Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum frameworks.

Language Skills

- Knowledge of English and/or Spanish is preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Retribuzione: €26.622,46 - €60.254,09 all'anno
