Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EV charging projects, spanning both hardware and software developmentGuide cross-functional, multi-location teams through all product lifecycle phases - from concept to industrializationMaintain a holistic project view (technical, financial, and commercial), while deep-diving into details when neededOwn and drive scope, schedule, cost, and performance targets, ensuring successful executionEstablish and enforce robust requirements management and validation strategies to ensure quality and complianceProvide clear, structured project reporting to C-level stakeholders,

Degree in Engineering or a strong technical background (Electrical, Software, Power Electronics, or similar)7+ years of project management experience in embedded hardware/software environmentsProven ability to lead complex product development projects with cross-functional and international teamsStrong affinity for emerging technologies and the EV ecosystemResilient, adaptable, and creative - able to perform in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsHighly proactive with a problem-solving mindset and strong ownership mentalityExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
